Will there be delivery delays?

We pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide - unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within this time frame due to situation beyond our control.

a) How do I contact your team?

Due to large volume of requests, we work hard to get back to you as soon as possible. You can help us by following the self-help before reaching out.

b) The piece I want is no longer available on the website?

If the product is no longer listed or shown as unavailable on our website, it has sold out for the time being. Current challenges to our supply chain often mean these will be replenished at a later date. If this is the case, please contact us and we will notify you once the product is back in stock.

c) I need to change/cancel my order.

If you’ve order something that you wish to change or cancel, you will need to wait for the delivery of your order, check our returns policy and follow our easy return steps. 

d) I need to make a special order.

We believe the details of right outfit is different for everyone. Send us your inquiries at listing the product description, the size so we make the item specially for you.  

e) Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email confirming the details of your order. Please ensure to double check billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.

f) How do I return my order?

Returning is easy. Check our returns policy and the steps to return your item.

g) Can I purchase gift voucher?

Gift Cards issued in Australian dollars are redeemable on our website. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers’ cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a Gift Card. The Gift Card expires two years from the date of issue (or date of purchase for E-Gift Cards). Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

h) How can I join affiliate program?
